The 7 Pillars of the Balance Point Coaching Process
Throughout all of our coaching programs, there are seven areas of focus in which clients will experience progress and growth. Each area of progress is addressed in varying degrees depending upon which
coaching program a client is undergoing. Work in each of the pillars is interwoven organically, as appropriate to each client session to session. Various tools, exercises and perspectives will be offered to address the following pillars of personal transformation, mastery, authenticity, empowerment and joyful living:

The Balance Point Coaching process if for people who want to live life as a spiritual journey of unfolding towards full self-realization . Helpful tools, perspectives, concepts and processes serve as a road map to support and guide you on your own unique journey towards your authentic truth. Among others, the Balance Point utilizes approaches like the Law of Attraction, Intuitive Development, Emotional Release, Awareness & Meditation Techniques and Energetic Healing to help clients develop a set of tools and processes that they can apply on their own to continuously discover and build authentic, balanced lives.
Our highest goal is not to teach you philosophy, but to offer you an intellectual framework of concepts and tools that provides for you the grounding and structure to help you to remember the truth as it speaks through you.

Healing and Clearing "Limiting Mindsets" and Blocks
In addition to getting a conceptual basis for living life as a spiritual journey, the coaching process will work directly with you to help you heal and transform anything that might be holding you back from your fullest potential of joy, health, peace and authenticity.
Each of the tools and concepts that will be used to support you in the Balance Point Coaching Process all include a certain level of personal and spiritual skill. You will learn about setting intention, internal awareness, non-attachment, following intuition, emotional awareness, presence and many other skills that will hone your ability to live an authentic balanced life to the fullest. Like any other muscle, like any other art, it takes time and practice to develop and master these skills. The Balance Point Coaching Process will give you exercises and a space in which to build these muscles and skills. It is like have a personal fitness trainer for your soul.
Self Knowledge and Personal Mastery
We are each unique and divine instruments and vehicles for whatever gifts, purpose and energies we carry. You wouldn't trust your car to someone who had never driven before nor would you trust a spaceship to anyone who didn't know absolutely everything there is to know to pilot the ship. You are a steward of a highly specialized, highly potent, powerful and unique instrument that has incredible destructive and creative potential alike. If you are going to operate this instrument for highest effect and benefit for yourself and others, it is important that you become an expert in the field of you. You are, both, the only one that can learn your unique self and also the only true teacher. The Balance Point Coaching Process will provide the tools, exercises, space and support for you to become an apprentice to your own soul, a PhD student at the University of You.

Unconditional Love, Support, Faith and Acceptance
Perhaps the most productive and effective element of the BP Coaching Process is the power of a space of unconditional love, support, faith and acceptance. We each have all the answers we need within us, as well as a deep well of wisdom, gifts and energy. Many of us are blocked by a perception that we are supposed to be, feel or do as someone else does or as someone else thinks we should. This leads us to suppress our authentic nature as well as to neglect learning and developing ourselves. By being in a space where you are unconditionally supported for who you truly are, your own inner wisdom and forward motion has room to sprout forth naturally. Everything we need is in there, sometimes all we need is an open, supportive space to let it find its way out!
