A life coach is someone who is there to support you unconditionally and objectively, someone who is there to help you uncover what you already know, what you already are and to practice applying that inner wisdom that is already inside you.
A life coach is not there to tell you how to live, or who to be, rather to be a space to sort the answers out for yourself so you can live life the way you want to live it. A coach is someone who is there to help you get to the the heart of things and to get any clarity you need to move forward, get organized or to be present, peaceful and connect to the joy in your life.
Your life coach will support you, accept you unconditionally and also challenge you to grow, to take responsibility for your life, to look at yourself honestly and own your attitudes and your emotional life so you can channel them into positive growth, presence and forward motion. Your life coach will listen, ask questions, lead helpful exercises, offer intuitive insights and share new tools and perspectives that may help you to find full empowerment and support you to live your life to the fullest, whatever that means for you.
